SA (PE) Role Overview

What You'll Do

On-site delivery (30%): Facilitate workshops, pair-program, coach, silent advisor at showback

Pre-engagement prep (25%): AI brief review, sponsor calls, lab customisation

Play library (20%): Document patterns and gotchas after each engagement

Champion activation (15%): Identify internal advocates, 30/60/90 check-ins

Internal collaboration (10%): Account team briefings, PM feedback, handoffs

Onboarding (4 weeks)

Week 1 — Immersion: Walk through the program, experience labs as a practitioner, AI tool stack

Week 2 — Skills: Facilitation, build sprint dynamics, showback coaching, champion ID, APJ fluency

Week 3 — Shadow: Attend live cohort as observer, daily debrief, write independent champion shortlist

Week 4 — Co-facilitate: Lead the engagement with Program Lead as backup

Practitioner activation rate >80% | Champions 2-4 per cohort

Play contributions 1+ per engagement | Showback completion 100%

On-site <30 days per quarter

Career Path

SA (PE) → Senior SA (PE) → Lead SA (PE) → Principal

Cross-tier: can move into SA Strategic Engineering (Vision) as skills grow

After 2+ years: Program Lead, GTM Architect, or Principal track
